Archmyst Architecture, reconstructed
Archmyst — hidden stories in stone

Cities that no longer exist, rebuilt from the evidence up — and the working shown.

Every dossier reconstructs one place and explains how it was actually built: what the engineering had to solve, what the excavations found, and what the evidence still does not settle. Where a claim is contested we say so, and every source links out. The films are the argument; these pages are the working behind them.

The dossiers are the working. The films are the argument — 13 of them so far, and two more every week.

How these are made

Each dossier starts as a documentary script, gets independently fact-checked claim by claim, and only then becomes a page. Corrections and hedges from that process survive into the article — you can see where the evidence is thin, because we say so.

Reconstruction imagery is labelled as reconstruction. Sources link out to excavation reports, primary texts and DOIs rather than paraphrasing them.
